Karen Song is a seasoned commercial escrow officer with Chicago Title.  She has  years of experience handling all sorts of real estate and business transactions, providing title insurance, and working through various complex title related issues that often occur in commercial transactions.

Her role includes the responsibilities of preparing settlement statements, preparing closing documents, understanding and complying with escrow instructions, conducting closings and handling funds placed through the Company’s escrow account.
