 Jeff Justema is a seasoned escrow officer with twenty years of experience in both the commercial and residential sectors of title insurance. Over the past twenty years he has closed all sorts of real estate transactions including the sale of the City Place Towers in Dallas, numerous multi-million dollar multi-family properties, thousands of acres of raw land, industrial sites, and a huge twenty seven property, eight State Portfolio across the Country.

Jeff’s role is to manage the title company and provide excellent customer service to each and every customer. Responsibilities include working closely with seller’s, buyer’s, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers and lenders, cleaning up title issues, preparing closing statements, closing documents, reviewing Contracts and Escrow Instructions, and handling funds through the company’s escrow account.

Jeff attended Baylor University and graduated with a business degree in 2002. He currently lives in Heath, TX along with his wife and 4 kids. In his spare time, he enjoys attending his son’s baseball games, playing golf, and traveling.
