We focus on attentive customer service and due to our experience and other practice areas, are able to help clients in a strategic manner with regards to title insurance, curing title defects, litigation related to title, and other title matters.
Leases are breached all the time. We represent commercial tenants and landlords in eviction proceedings and other landlord-tenant related litigation. Proceeding without an attorney during an eviction is risky due to the myriad of technical requirements. We have represented landlords and tenants in eviction matters, including representing clients in jury trials and eviction appeals. We also defend and prosecute lease related claims in litigation giving us an edge in assisting clients on both sides of a lease.
