Tim Forgerson

Tim Forgerson has nearly forty years of experience representing banks, creditors, and lending institutions in all aspects of lending matters including preparation of loan documents, syndicated loans, and complex transactions involving collateral. He is also an experienced real estate and transactional attorney having been involved in thousands of commercial transactions during various periods of economic boom and bust. Tim is very familiar with complex title insurance matters, title insurance strategies, and curing title defects as a fee attorney for decades handling thousands of transactions. Tim received his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
